Letters/Questions - Addressed on July 2005
Q. A few days ago I tried to notify you of my ISP change and consequently e-mail address change as well. Since then I had no messages from you whatsoever. I do wish to be on your member list.
Thank you for your help.
MOK
A. We have received all your mailings and the change was made after the first notice was received from you. We have mailed you directly several times regarding this issue but it seems that your server is not delivering our mail to you.
We suggest to you, and anyone else that may have this
problem, to contact their ISP/Server because it is up to them to make it possible.

Q. I went to Reconciliation last Saturday and asked Father T "Is it still a mortal sin to miss Mass on Sunday?" "Yes," he said "it is still considered a mortal sin to miss Mass on Sunday unless you are sick. "
So, I reason, if one misses Mass then one must go to Confession (Reconciliation) and receive Our Lord's forgiveness.
Problem: Access to the Sacrament is becoming more and more problematic. One parish where I attend - when I attend - has reduced availability of the Sacrament to " thirty minutes before each Mass". (One of the features I loved best about Reconciliation is the cool, quiet shaded church on a Saturday afternoon when it's just my conscience and my Jesus.)
But my main point here is to follow the logic of the following synopsis:
If one misses Mass then one needs to "go to Confession";
If one does not go to Confession then what is the point of attending Mass if one withholds oneself from the Eucharist recognizing one's sin has not been removed
One week's missing Mass becomes two weeks, then a month and the ball rolls downhill..
Yours In Christ
JM
A. First of all - you have given a perfect example of how even the most devoted children of God are being pushed away from the Sacraments by priests that should be instead drawing them to God.
It looks like "Father" T needs to learn a thing of two from St. John Bosco and then... he should learn a thing or two about the Faith he claims to uphold. Following is an excerpt from the Catechism, straight out from the Vatican Site - give it him with our compliments!
1858 Grave matter is specified by the Ten Commandments, corresponding to the answer of Jesus to the rich young man: "Do not kill, Do not commit adultery, Do not steal, Do not bear false witness, Do not defraud, Honor your father and your mother." The gravity of sins is more or less great: murder is graver than theft. One must also take into account who is wronged: violence against parents is in itself graver than violence against a stranger.
1859 Mortal sin requires full knowledge and complete consent. It presupposes knowledge of the sinful character of the act, of its opposition to God's law. It also implies a consent sufficiently deliberate to be a personal choice. Feigned ignorance and hardness of heart (133) do not diminish, but rather increase, the voluntary character of a sin.
1860 Unintentional ignorance can diminish or even remove the imputability of a grave offense. But no one is deemed to be ignorant of the principles of the moral law, which are written in the conscience of every man. The prompting of feelings and passions can also diminish the voluntary and free character of the offense, as can external pressures or pathological disorders. Sin committed through malice, by deliberate choice of evil, is the gravest.
1864 "Whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness, but is guilty of an eternal sin." There are no limits to the mercy of God, but anyone who deliberately refuses to accept his mercy by repenting, rejects the forgiveness of his sins and the salvation offered by the Holy Spirit. Such hardness of heart can lead to final impenitence and eternal loss.
1868 [3]
Sin is a personal act.
Moreover, we
have a responsibility for the sins committed by others when we cooperate in
them:
- by ordering, advising, praising, or approving them;
- by not disclosing or not hindering them when we have an obligation to do so;
- by protecting evil-doers.

[2] The Gravity of Sin: Mortal and Venial Sin
[3] The Proliferation of Sin
Please, do not misunderstand us. We strongly recommend the active participation in the Sacrifice of the Mass, not only on Sundays but on a daily basis for those who are able to do so.
Regarding this poor priest.... Even though there is a major shortage of priests, we do not need priests like him and he should do what a Bishop of a major Portuguese Diocese did after we suggested him to resign - he just did! None the less, he must be prayed for - he obviously needs it and it is our duty and responsibility to do so!
Q. Dear Miguel, just wanted to ask you a question.
If a man joins the priesthood under false pretense, such as, a pedophile who just wanted access to young children, would God consider this man to be able to perform the greatest gift a man could have to change bread and wine into the Body and Blood of Christ.
How do we know, would it or might not be an invalid marriage to the Church.
Thank you so much.
MAS
A. It is m de P who wants to Thank You! very much because he did not know the answer until you posed the question, then, as usual, without searching for it and trusting God's timing and Infinite Wisdom, during the Divine Liturgy, the answer was granted.
When Abraham's son Isaac was very old and getting ready to depart, he wished to impart his Blessing upon his oldest son Esau, so that he would carry on fulfilling the Divine promise about Abraham's innumerable lineage. Isaac's wife, through shameful deceit, caused that Isaac conferred such special Blessing upon her favorite son, Jacob, and not Esau who should have been the one to receive it. [Genesis 27]
Did that invalidate what God promised Abraham? Obviously not. Since it is God Who fulfills the promises and works the most magnificent miracles, and not man, He always sees to it that what He promised comes about, in spite of man.

Q. As a Catholic from birth I was always taught that there was a pay back component of sin, that after the sin was forgiven the soul was still required to
undergo a purifying cycle in Purgatory OR the penalty portion of the sin could be discharged by certain specific acts of faith, hope or charity.
It always struck me that that meant the sin was not unconditionally forgiven lacking the payment of the penalty and it seemed curious to me that certain indulgences granted were for specific lengths of time. How presumptuous of Our Lord's Grace and Forgiveness.
This was among my first clues that "something just does not add up.."
Sincerely yours in Christ
JM
A.
Whenever man gets its "grubby fingers", moved by its satanic driven ego, in the "Holy Pie", things
"just do not add up" for "those who have Eyes to See and Ears to
Hear". Allow us to explain. As we read in the Holy
Scriptures:
Verily I say unto thee, Thou shalt by no means come out thence, till thou hast paid the uttermost farthing. [Matthew 5: 25-26]
The Indulgences, Blessed Be God for them! - are related to the "level" of the Divine Mercy that will be dispensed by God to minimize a debt. Unfortunately, people were made to believe - by default - that the Indulgences were so that the sin would be forgiven, when that IS NOT the case.
Blessedly, during Vatican Council II, such turbidity was somewhat cleared up since we now talk about Partial or Plenary Indulgence and not "this" or "that" many days depending on "how much you put in my pocket".
We encourage one and all to use the great gift of the Indulgences; a great gift from God to man. Most specially for the poor souls of purgatory.
If anyone who walks on this planet would have a peak at the reality of purgatorial conditions (the soul cannot pray for itself, it can only pray for others and wait for some charitable soul, who is still "in body", to pray for their prompt release), not a day would go by without showering them with prayers for their prompt release.
Q. I just want to thank you so very much for your clarification on homosexuality in the June 22 Board information. As a self identified gay person and those in my community thank you.
We do not ask to be married. Everyone I know who is gay just want civil rights and to be free from harm. I also don't know any gay person who wants to convert others to this lifestyle. I can't imagine anyone straight could possibly want to join a group that receives such hostility, hate, prejudice, bigotry and the constant threat of physical harm.
There are many, many gays who work in the human service fields as doctors, nurses, aids, etc. who have treated others within their care with much compassion. Many people believe that a pedophile is a homosexual because the the sexual abuse by the abuser is considered a homosexual act.
I think many people believe pedophilia and homosexual are the same thing.
LR
A. Dearest one, Peace!
As you know, God does not miss an opportunity to help His true children - most specially help them from being deceived by the evil one. Let us view the plight of the homosexuals (note that we state "homosexual" and not "gay" for there is a world of difference.) from a different perspective - a very positive one for all the true children of God.
Imagine that all who belong to God had a marking on the forehead as the door posts were marked with blood for the night of Passover. Then, as our Lord and Second Person of the Most Holy Triune God, stated:
A new commandment I give unto you, That ye
love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.
By this shall all men know that ye are my
disciples, if ye have love one to another. [John
13: 34-35]
Therefore, the
behavior on an individual toward the homosexual community will be like a clear marking on their
foreheads.
For those who are fast talkers and Bible "spinners" and will bring up a terzillion Biblical verses "proving" how evil homosexuals are; that they are enemies of society, etc., etc., thus attempting to justifying their unChristian behavior toward them, the mark on the forehead parallel still applies for Jesus also stated:
For if ye love them
which love you, what thank have ye? for sinners also love those that love them.... . But love ye
your enemies, and do good,...; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the
Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil.
Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful.
Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not
be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven
[Luke
6:32-37]
If these Bible "spinners" were true Christians and the
homosexuals were indeed evil creatures and enemies of society, they would be praying for them
incessantly and loving them into the Kingdom of God. Can we honestly say that we see that?
Therefore, as you may be able to see, dear LR, in the midst of the misery that many homosexuals have to endure from "Christians" they are serving God in three major ways:
(2) Demonstrating to God that you truly belong to Him for your behavior toward your enemies and persecutors is accordance to His teachings;
(3) Assisting the angels of the Apocalypse, just like the blood marking in the door posts assisted the angels on the Night of Passover [Exodus 12:13]; and
(4) Helping those who are searching for God to stir away from those who falsify Him with their staged piety.
As a show of our love for those who are on the wrong path, yet, think that they are in the right
one, we have prepared and issued another Document in an
effort that they may open their eyes before it becomes
entirely too late .
For those who are fumbling in their purses and pockets for a book of matches to torch us.... Hold
it! Before you try to do so, read where we stand regarding:
(a) The changes
that many want to implement in the Roman Catholic Church;
(b) Homosexuality; (c)
The Catholic Faith; and
(d) The True Petrine
Ministry.
Now, if you still madly seeking for that book of matches..., think of
"What would Jesus do?" and also learn the wise lesson taught by
Gamaliel to the Sahendrin [Acts 5: 34-39] - it
may just save your life.
Q. Following is a message from a locutions in Canada called the Silent Voice. The message mentions Kirlian photography as a means of proving the Real Presence. I find this a brilliant concept and wonder what you think about this.
Part of the alleged message:
“By applying this modern technology that reveals the life within an object that cannot be seen by the naked eye, the life of Jesus can be photographed in the Holy Eucharist.”
TF
A. We praise God for this tremendous opportunity to give a concrete example of the many warnings we issue about alleged visionaries, locutionists, mystics, etc.
Faith in Jesus Christ, thus, in what He clearly taught, is the cornerstone of our Salvation. Without Faith, there is no Salvation.
As Jesus spoke to Paul, after striking him down on his way to Damascus:
To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me. [Acts 26:18]
Directly from Paul in Chapter 4 of his Letter to the Romans - Jesus: Our Justification by Faith - we may read many more examples of that basic Christian tenet: Without Faith, there is no Salvation.
As you may remember - there was no witness of the Resurrection of Jesus. Many saw Him die; many saw Him after the Resurrection, but no one saw the Resurrection itself. As a parallel to that, no one saw Mary being Assumed into Heaven. The Eucharistic Presence must be on Faith alone and not proven directly in any way since the "Faith" requirement, thus benefits - material and spiritual - would be invalidated. Allow us to explain with more concrete examples. There are many mysteries for which God demands Faith in order for them to be credible.
God has revealed the reality several mysteries to m de Portugal always after he believed them, without a doubt, through Faith - and never before.
For example, the Secret Concept of the Holy Trinity and How Love Works in a Soul. Those we have published.
There are others that we have not published, for
example:
The concrete reality of the Virgin Birth - where the body of Mary was not disrupted in any way during the delivery of Jesus; and
The reason Jesus had to die and truly had to descend to hell to pay for our sins and give us the opportunity to an Eternal Life. This miguel can demonstrate mathematically utilizing Infinite Series and Basic Calculus.
You may then say: "If we read the Secret Concept of the
Most Holy Trinity then you have somehow robbed us from our Faith." or "If you show us
mathematically the redemption of mankind through the death and resurrection of Jesus you have
somehow robbed us from our Faith."
The answer is "No!" in these cases because we cannot prove to you concretely - say with a film - His Resurrection nor the Virgin Pregnancy and Birth nor the Reality of the Triune God.
However, if one were able to, on a regular basis (as opposed to Eucharistic Miracles which Blessedly have occurred from time to time) show Jesus in the Consecrated Host, the Faith on the Eucharistic Mystery would be destroyed, and all the benefits associated with such belief throughFaith will no longer be functional.
Therefore, we cannot view nor accept said messages to be
from God. However, we are not denying that such means may be possible. Such a trick would be a
powerful tool in the hands of satan in his continued quest to destroy the little Faith
left.
We pray to God that we have been able to explain this clearly. It is clear as a crystal in m de P's mind but many times words simply fail to express matters that belong to Eternity and not Time.
Q. Help me please. I am a lost and miserable soul. I have not been to church or confession for more than 20 years.
Through reading your messages, and learning about Divine Mercy of God, I am feeling strongly compelled to return to Jesus through confession and feeling the need to beg to the Lord to forgive me the most unforgivable sin. In my mind, my personal failure to have brought my children to the light of God through baptism and Catholic education. which would have allowed them to know Jesus and all his blessed teachings, looms as the most unforgivable sin.
If I had not acted in such way I would not leave them helpless during the End of These Times that approach so quickly.
As to my children, one is grown, so I have little control any further upon the development of his soul, and for that, I do ask Jesus to chastise me greatly. I have made a grievous mistake, in my living of the world, rather than nourishing his soul with the word of God.
Still, my youngest is with me and I have a chance to yet influence her. What now can I do to show to her, and her older brother, how to be one with Jesus, when they have been lost through no fault of your own? May God forgive me and grant me that Grace.
Although I pray for my own soul, I would most sincerely take on all the suffering that God intends for my children, most especially my oldest child, now an adult, for my previous indiscretions, should the Lord will this upon me. Yesterday I tried to go to confession. I went to a church that was unknown to me.
There were some people here and there, a scout leader, and some other folks making ready for a party with balloons and the like, and perhaps one person that could have been the pastor, but in my shame and ignorance sitting before Jesus at the front of the Church, I lost my will to ask, "To whom may I make my confession."
I am so ashamed. Please pray for me to find the strength to find a confessor, to be humble and to be forthright and truthful and to make my sincere reparations before Jesus. I need to be able to take Communion before I can fight any longer, or help my children.
I know you will understand.
You do good work in Jesus' name,
Love
K
A. Preamble: This letter reached us on 15 November 2004 yet God did not Will that we address it until now. For those who may wondering why God would leave such a sorrowful soul without an answer, remember: He does not make mistakes. K, is doing quite well through His strength and the answers she received through this Forum from other letters published. Now, there are some other K's out there whose problem is reflected in K's first letter, yet, they cannot bring themselves to write. It is for them that we are now addressing this letter.
As we pointed out in Don't Despair - Do Not Ever Lose Hope!, the moment the prodigal son turns around to come back to his father, the father sees him,
runs to him to meet him on the way back and walks home with his son in his arms (thus assisting the son on the way back - step by step).
In reference to your son's soul - You can still influence it through vicarious suffering which God Will dispense and apply as He sees fit.
In addition: What better example can you give your adult son than your own conversion? As we keep saying, talk is cheap, but action is where the proof is. What he is now seeing is real action from your part and that kind of witnessing will eventually soften the hardest of hearts (if the heart in question is ever to be softened.)
Don't you remember that Peter denied Jesus three times not long after having acknowledged Him as the Messiah because the Father had revealed that to him? Have you done worse? Don't you remember that Saul of Tarsus (later Paul) was the most determined and ruthless persecutor of Christians and Christianity and a willing spectator of the stoning of Stephen? Have you done worse?
Yes, there are "bills to be paid" to God for all our transgressions. Many of the Faithful think that once the Sacrament of Reconciliation is completed the "bill is fully paid". That is not the case; that is just the first step - the sin is forgiven. Now, retribution is to be made and made in the same "coinage" the debt was incurred in. It is here where we apply for the Divine Mercy "discount coupons".
Continuing in worldly terms which are easily grasped by most...
Say that you steal 1,000 USD from your employer. You go back to him and confess your deed. He has now a number of options: (a) Turn you over to the courts; (b) Fire you and make you pay the 1,000 USD plus damages; or (c) Knowing that you have learned your lesson and you will henceforth be a model and reliable employee - ask you to do some charitable work on his behalf (if you stole money, obviously you must have been very short of money and to demand the 1,000 USD immediately would have broken your back).
The amount or lack of Divine Mercy "discount coupons" will determine which of the three options will be selected to fully "pay the bill" even though your action may have been forgiven by your employer.
Once you, in utmost sincerity, placed in the Hands of God the I would most sincerely take on all the suffering that God intends for my children, most especially my oldest child, now an adult, for my previous indiscretions, should the Lord will this upon me you have automatically applied for the "highest percentage Divine Mercy discount coupons." Now, it is up to God to fix said percentage and then "collect".
Unfortunately the Faithful knows very little about God and His methods since not many Catholics regularly drink of the Living Waters - The Word of God. Undoubtedly, you have heard the self-righteous and holier-than-thou pouring condemnation and abuses over homosexuals, yet, when God points out to them, during their Final Judgment, that He said:
"Exalted unto heaven" read "self-righteous and holier-than-thou" attitudes. What was Capernaun transgression? Capernaum's transgression was unbelief; lack of faith in Jesus Christ. In spite of the mighty works which Jesus Christ did in Capernaum they refused to believe in Him.
What is to "believe in Him"? "Believe in Him" is to do everything possible to obey His teachings. And what are the core of His teachings? They may be found in the Sermon of the Mount.
Dearest K, be certain, God has rejoiced over your conversion far more than over the complacency of those who think that "they are there" when they are truly a million miles away! They may be surprised about the "terms and conditions" they contracted with God - and they were not in fine print.
Now, go forth and share that joy with others that are now where you were, by showing them the way through love and example - words are not really necessary until they start asking for direction.
Q. For your discernment and comments I refer you to the latest document published by Unity Publishing entitled: "Will Our Lady Come Back To Fatima Again?"
A.
We will only select a few of the statements made in such report and comment upon them; we
certainly do not have the time nor the charge to spend any more time with this type of reports
that keep coming out of Fátima via a number of self appointed spokesmen, experts, specialists,
etc.
Statement No. 1
Our Comment
Statement No. 2
Our Comment
Statement No. 3
Our Comment
But assuming that the official explanation is not correct... so what? Unless, of course, it would be financially beneficial for Fátima businesses, experts, spokesmen, etc. Nothing new under the sun - is all about money - not souls!
What is critcal and everyone seems to be conveniently overlooking is the following:
On July 13, 1917, She said:
"To save them [souls of sinners that are going to hell](3), God wishes to establish in the world devotion to my Immaculate Heart. If what I say to you is done, many souls will be saved and there will be peace. "...but if people do not cease offending God, a worse one [than World War I](3) will break out during the pontificate of Pius XI". [Whole Text, in English and Portuguese, is Item A in ATTACHMENT II](2)
Russia could not and did not start to spread her errors throughout the world, causing wars and persecutions of the Church, until after the war that could have been prevented if Rome had acted, World War II. Therefore, following the sequence in Her statement, it would be only then, after Russia spread her errors that "various nations will be annihilated". Thus "various nations will be annihilated" does not refer, as the Faithful are led to believe, to the events that took place during World War II. This will take place now in spite of those pipe dreams of a Golden Era of Peace.
Statement No. 4
People may think you as crazy as the Garabandal people if you say this. But maybe, if Garabandal was demonic and it could have been, maybe the devil saw in Fatima what many are not seeing, and wanted to draw attention away from that fact, the fact of another apparition in Fatima some day in the future.
Our Comment
Opus Dei and the other competing sects within the Roman Catholic Church have recruited their members, as well as their bank accounts, with a "Call to Battle" of saving the Church and the World. Thus, while they milk them for all their worth, they have to maintain alive the notion that they will indeed do that, even though they cannot even save their own country - Spain - a truly pathetic sight.
The publication in question may be read in full at: http://www.unitypublishing.com/Newsletter/Fatima7thTime.htm
In Conclusion
The concept that the Golden Era of Peace is at hand and
that they are the Architects of it must be maintained alive - at all costs; yes,
at all costs.
What will they do when this announced "pot of gold at the end of the rainbow" is smashed to
smithereens? By a nuclear holocaust and/or a
comet impact?
Maybe they should contact the Marian Movement of
Priests and ask them how they explained what we read in the next to the last paragraph of
message 532 (December 5, 1994) where allegedly Mary clearly confirms that by the great jubilee of
the year 2000 the triumph of Her Immaculate Heart will take place with the return of Jesus in
Glory....
We will not go beyond that - we have had enough.
The general mood and situation at this late a time is
reflected in a personal e-mail miguel de Portugal wrote on June 30th, 2005:
The lines are drawn. Only those who are His Children and those who have not found their way back yet because they mistakenly rejected Him, are the ones who will properly connect; and those are our responsibility.
The rest are either eternally doomed or must suffer horrendously so that they "snap out of it" even though they will spend a very long time in Purgatory.
Sad - but I do not make up the Rules nor Apply them, we just announce them and God certainly knows what He is doing.
Kyrie Eleison!
Q. Greetings:
I went to Mass Saturday evening for the Vigil for Sunday. I was watching carefully to be sure that all the vessels on the altar containing the bread and wine to be offered were beneath the priest's hands as he performed the Transubstantiation..
I believe I saw that after Father transubstantiated the bread and wine in the vessels before him Deacon P went into the (place where the Blessed Sacrament reposes-also a pass-through to the preparation area behind the altar), remove two gold bowls and placed them among the others on the altar. The contents were then part of what was offered to those receiving The Holy Eucharist.
My question is this: Does the bread remain in the "Form" (of Our Lord) even though it may be unused for a particular Mass and brought out at a later time or need it be transubstantiated for each Mass?
A. Yes. The Eucharistic Presence of Our Lord continues to Be. However, there seems to be a problem with that practice.
Nevertheless, what concerns us the most is that we are witnessing the practice that you have reported in far too many Masses where there is no need to do so unless, of course, "the need" is to feed the Faithful unconsecrated host. This, of course, would be in keeping with the times that we are living through. What better way for satan to mount a full and final assault on those who try to remain strengthened by and through the Bread of Heaven than by spiritual starving them?
Most homilies have become completely worthless; therefore, if to that absence you add the withholding of the True Bread of Heaven... then, what is that you have left? Nothing! - excpet the ever-present collection plate.
Our advice from here - and regardless who may get upset, the Roman Curia included - is: (1) Attend Mass where you can be sure that the consecration is being done properly; and (2) That most hosts used in communion were consecrated right at that Mass and before you own eyes.
Frankly - with some notable exceptions - we have very little trust in the integrity of those who today claim to be Shepherds for God's people. As the saying goes in the U.S. - we must all act as if we were from Missouri.
