PURPOSE
The purpose of Points to Ponder About is to stimulate thinking that would draw the disoriented Faithful back to God (1) and away from the hypocritical duplicity of some religious institutions which are destroying the little faith left on earth (2)(3).
The instructions are simple: Just invoke the illumination of the Holy Spirit of God while you
ponder upon any of these Points to Ponder and let God
guide you to Light. We know that some make-believe religious leaders will say:
"What about satan interfering and leading the soul
astray?" To those... we invoke Our Lord's Words again:
"...Get the behind me, Satan: the art an offense unto me: for
the severest not the things that be of God, but those that be of
men." [Matthew 16:23]
and further
"And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and
yea shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you. For every one that sketch receiveth;
and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened. If a son shall ask
bread of any of you that is a father, will he give him a stone? or if he ask a fish, will he for a
fish give him a serpent? Or if he shall ask an egg, will he offer him a scorpion?

With all the "Katrina talk" - Do you wonder
why the 1900 Storm which razed Galveston, Texas, has not been mentioned by anyone on a global
scale?
It is not that we are crying "conspiracies!" but when something this incoherent hits us right on the face it makes one wonder.
As the newscasters in Europe and the US were making the approach of Katrina just another Reality Show, we realized that no one was mentioning the 1900 Storm in Galveston. To give you a "flavor" for that storm we quote from the official site:
We thought that the News Services young reporters were just not aware of it or forgotten it, thus we took the time and communicated with CNN, Euronews and two key Stations in Spain - one of International reach and another one that we consider the best news station in Spain. We informed them of their oversight and gave them the appropriate Site address so that they would not have to take our word for it.
Results: Not a word on TV nor the global press as of midnight GMT.

Do you ever wonder... What Jesus really meant when He
said:
"And thou,
Capernaum, which art exalted unto heaven, shalt be brought down to hell; for if the mighty works,
which have been done in thee, had been done in Sodom, it would have remained until this day.
But I say unto you, That it shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom in the day of judgment,
than for thee." [S. Matthew
11:23-24]
The time of the destruction of Sodom was the time of Abraham, who as
you may recall, managed to convince God to delay its destruction appealing to His Justice for the
few non sinners remaining in it. [Genesis 18: 17-33]
However, Capernaum (1) was a city that was Graced with the physical manifestation of the Second Person of the Most Holy Trinity - Jesus Christ. In that city he worked mighty deeds, yet, they turned their back to Him; they did not believe in Him.
Thus, one of the many messages in this particular Biblical passage is that:

Capernaum which rejected Jesus Christ, was brought down to hell.

Do you ever wonder... Why can the Church Administrators cannot see
themselves in the following words clearly spoken by our Lord and Master Jesus Christ? When
they do, it will be too late for them. They have had many opportunities
to make a correction of course. We gave them the final opportunity and,
as it is written, it was also ignored. May verses 36-39 be
again fulfilled as written.

Do you ever wonder... Why the Vatican continues to try to
impose God and His Laws, by force and coercion, upon people instead of loving people into wanting
to be with God and love His Laws when this unGodly method of "Evangelization" has failed so
miserably given the state of the world today - and its history?
The answer lies in what in the business world is referred to as the "Peter Principle": An individual is promoted up to his level of incompetence.
Logically, if said individual's abilities were still being "under utilized", he would still be promoted one more level and so on. In the spiritual realm it is the same, except that, through drawing closer to God our "abilities" keep on growing and we may safely be "promoted" within His service indefinitely.
If Jesus, the Second Person of the Triune God, "...advanced in wisdom, and age, and grace with God and men." [Luke 2:52] - that is, He progressed in His spiritual and intellectual development as a human would do - what makes the Church Administrators think that "they have arrived" and no further effort is needed for spiritual and intellectual progress?
Tragically, they stopped centuries ago as legendarily Francis of Assisi pointed out to Pope Innocent III while, at the same time, John Bosco showed, by his trajectory that the only limit that we may have to our growth is our self-satisfaction and contentment with our status-quo and not the supply of resources for growth - resources which are uniquely supplied by God.

Do you ever wonder... why such a prayer "big to do" is made when someone passes on? Masses, rosaries, etc.
If we would have paid close attention to our Lord Jesus Christ and His Most Holy Mother, we would have made a point of offering all those prayers before the individual passes on. When we pray for each other we are helping each other to minimize the falls into sin as well as giving each other a hand in returning to the House of the Father.
But, as with most everything else, after nearly 2000 years, the "Shepherds" do not quite have it clear yet - thus the repeated visits of our Heavenly Mother Mary. After all - if She does not help us obey Her Son - who will? Do not count on "Cardinal" Law, even though he was rewarded by being made the titular head of the most important Basilica dedicated to Mary - St. Mary Major in Rome.

Many do not seem to realize that counting on the Mercy of God as "an insurance policy" for "sure fire" forgiveness and a "free pass" to Heaven is almost equivalent to sinning against the Holy Spirit of God.

Do you ever wonder... why the US Government takes such precautions for the safety of the Space Shuttle crew and then sends its young men and women to Iraq, for example, and not even provide basic protection for them like, for example, adequate armor? Not to mention a real reason for the war!
Because the "Name of the Game" is brainwash and as long as humans continue to be easy prey to such manipulations, they will continue.

We often wonder... why so many keep "chasing new Marian Apparitions" and when quizzed about their prayer life they do not even fulfill Mary's most basic requests repeated since the 19th Century? Because marching and demonstrating is "more fun" and is not what Jesus taught by word and example.
Do you want to quickly shut up one of those "finger pointing" and "damn all of you sinners" holy ones? Start inquiring about their prayer life with specific questions demanding specific answers and you will see squirming like you have never seen before!

We often wonder... why so many of those who label themselves as Christians are so ill disposed toward the members of The Church of the Latter-day Saints - commonly called the Mormons?
Amazingly enough - the "bottom line" of their efforts is to prepare themselves for what the Virgin Mary has been announcing since La Salette and Rome keeps denying - the reality that The End of These Times is at hand.
The description of the original Heavenly apparitions to their prophet - Joseph Smith - is very coherent with descriptions of the apparitions of the Virgin Mary, the Angel of Portugal, and other Heavenly visitors/manifestations. If there was any "plagiarizing of the story" it was Joseph Smith's story the one that was plagiarized since his experience predates the key apparitions of Mary which started in the 19th Century.
We think it wise that the Children of God, those who have Eyes to See and Ears to Hear, to familiarize themselves with their church, work and recent increase in preparation activity. We are not promoting their church over any other church. Our position regarding our Faith has been clearly and unequivocally stated. Our purpose is to assist those who have a hard time in believing that The End of These Times is at hand [that is - those who live in steadfast denial] to view reality from a totally different perspective before is too late.

Do you ever wonder... why if God "...raised up judges, to deliver them (His chosen ones) from the hands of those that oppressed them:" [Judges 2: 16], Israel insisted on having "..a king, to judge us, as all nations have."?
Because man, in essence, likes to submit himself to another man while hoping to raise himself toward the rank of king and lord over others below him while he ascends pretending to serve God and them. This request for a king made by Israelites to Samuel was very displeasing to him because Samuel knew well what was coming. However, God told Samuel: "Hearken to the voice of the people in all that they say to thee. For they have not rejected thee, but Me, that I should not reign over them." [1 Kings 8:5-7]
Many trials and tribulations later as the result of having a King and not Judges, Our Lord Jesus Christ enters into Time. The true and only rightful King of the Chosen People came to claim His Throne and His people.
He is crucified after establishing His Church, placing Peter as its "Cephas" - its Head. Peter was to be the First Amongst Equals and establish a Church Administration equivalent to the period of Judges - with Jesus Christ as the King. It was all running quite well at the beginning.
Then the Christian Church merges with Imperial Rome, borrowed a few ideas from Pharaonic Egypt and, Presto!, the Imperial Roman Catholic Church, in the format that reached the 20th Century, was created.
Instead of having a leading spiritual shepherd in communion with other equals and, as such, all serve as benevolent "Judges" helping the flock in the application of the Faith - they end up with an Absolute Monarch who claims to be always Infallible - something not even Peter was - who encourages the de facto adoration of the Faithful, since he allows to be considered Christ on Earth ... and God allowed it, just as He did at the time of Samuel.
But wait - this sounds familiar... Didn't Aaron, the first priest, under the pressure of the Israelites said to them: "Take the golden earrings from the ears of your wives, and your sons and daughters, and bring them to me.... And when he received them, he fashioned them a founder's work, and made of them a molten calf.... and rising in the morning, they offered holocausts, and peace victims...." [Exodus 32: 2-6]
This time around the consequences will not be the same.... they will be worse - He has given mankind every possible opportunity to "get it right". God is slow to anger [Joel 2: 13], but "slow" does not mean that He "never" does.
Do you ever wonder... why if God "...raised up judges, to deliver them (His chosen ones) from the hands of those that oppressed them:" [Judges 2: 16], Israel insisted on having "..a king, to judge us, as all nations have."?
Because man, in essence, likes to submit himself to another man while hoping to raise himself toward the rank of king and lord over others below him while he ascends pretending to serve God and them. This request for a king made by Israelites to Samuel was very displeasing to him because Samuel knew well what was coming. However, God told Samuel: "Hearken to the voice of the people in all that they say to thee. For they have not rejected thee, but Me, that I should not reign over them." [1 Kings 8:5-7]
Many trials and tribulations later as the result of having a King and not Judges, Our Lord Jesus Christ enters into Time. The true and only rightful King of the Chosen People came to claim His Throne and His people.
He is crucified after establishing His Church, placing Peter as its "Cephas" - its Head. Peter was to be the First Amongst Equals and establish a Church Administration equivalent to the period of Judges - with Jesus Christ as the King. It was all running quite well at the beginning.
Then the Christian Church merges with Imperial Rome, borrowed a few ideas from Pharaonic Egypt and, Presto!, the Imperial Roman Catholic Church, in the format that reached the 20th Century, was created.

Do you ever wonder... why an individual who claims that "...even in my high school years I never believed in anything supernatural, good or bad cannot help but ask himself "What if our prayerful president, his oil-soaked pre-emptive wars, and his amen chorus of religious reactionaries have come together to do the devil's work? Because those who have Eyes to See are determined by God even though some in the Vatican claim that salvation is only possible through the Catholic Church, not man.

Do you ever wonder... why a lay man, who has done in a limited scale the same thing that priests that have done in a grand scale (with their superiors covering up for them) gets a life sentence and most guilty priests, Bishops and Cardinals get away with it? In fact, some of them, as the abominable Law did, get rewarded with the honor to "MC" (because any other title would be a complete travesty) the most important Basilica in the world honoring the Immaculate One - Who silently, from He Throne, thunders: Enough!
Because "Who really cares?" Talk is cheap and humanity has made it a way of life because the rest of us accepted it and The Vatican has been setting the pace for "holy duplicity" for centuries.
Some readers may ask: "Why do you keep harping on this?" To which we answer: "When you see how God will dispense Divine Justice in this perverted generation, you will understand why we tried so hard to wake up all we could." Yes, of course, we are counting on His Mercy but we must also understand that the dispensation of Divine Mercy is not always "a piece of cake".

Do you ever wonder... why, with the tremendous technology advancement reached by mankind by the end of the 20th Century, we have not commercialized the harnessing of the enormous renewable energy source provided by God through the biggest nuclear reactor in our solar system - the Sun?
Simply because the World Masters, who make their enormous fortunes in the oil business and war industry would not make much money with it. No oil prices with which to gouge the average citizen and no weapons sold to fight wars which have at their root cause the control of the oil supply.
It is that simple!

choose to deny the undeniable?

"Power" but it is also "Responsibility" .
Unfortunately for many, "looking the other way" or "hoping that
it goes away" will not, we repeat, will not be acceptable
